About EmpowerHer
EmpowerHer is more than just a support group; it's a community of women dedicated to
reclaiming their lives after trauma. Led by a licensed therapist that is certified in trauma, trained
in EMDR and has years of experience working with traumatized clients. Our group sessions
provide a combination of psychoeducation, therapeutic exercises, and peer support to help
participants navigate their healing journey.

Cost: $49 per session, or $249 for 6 weeks

Week 1-Introduction and what is trauma?
Week 2-Breathing exercises and body/mind connection
Week 3- meditation and calming techniques
Week 4- writing through trauma
Week 5- parts work and inner child
